VGF is being designed to steward Visionaire’s foundational principles, cultural inheritance and institutional memory, with a perspective that extends beyond short-term commercial interests.
Its proposed mandate connects trust, culture, relationships and intergenerational continuity.
Governance in formation
Legal structure, jurisdiction, governing bodies and formal policies remain matters for founder and professional review. This prototype does not represent an incorporated or registered charitable status.
Any future stewardship of assets or capital would require the appropriate legal structure, authority, controls and specialist advice.
Heritage intelligence & stewardship
VHI is envisioned as a cultural memory and intelligence capability. The Foundation’s proposed stewardship mandate and VHI’s operating activities should have clear responsibilities, consent rules and governance boundaries.
